The trackpad is almost unusable, the pointer jumps all of the place, two finger scroll barely works.

got my XPS13 two weeks ago. I find the keyboard fast, the screen size is perfect for my needs. The weight is so light that I can hold in one-handed which is great! I would recommend this to anyone who travels, works from home, and you can't beat the price! Especially, with dell financing.
your audio capability is no good, I cannot use the microphone for my zoom meeting. I can hear people but they cannot hear me. the sound goes loud then soft then disappears. not very happy

Great laptop for work. Handles multitasking and Adobe products like Photoshop with ease. Very portable. Great screen. I can hear the fan sometimes but it doesn't bother me. And it does run warm at times but I don't have it in my lap and it works fine. I've had issues with Wi-Fi on my older Dell but have had no issues at all with this Dell XPS 7390. The biggest let down is the sound. My mobile phone is louder than the laptop! Before this laptop I had the new MacBook Air 2020 and sound was much better (but couldn't handle multitasking). I've been searching for ways to fix it - what a nightmare. Still ongoing. All drivers are up to date. I shouldn't have to look at reinstalling drivers. It should just work. If a mobile phone can sound louder... For the price you pay I'm not sure if its worth it. Have also had an issue with one of my programs accessing the built-in mics. This program CloudApp works perfect on my old Dell XPS 15. Quite frustrating as I've been changing settings and disabling things to figure out the problem. So I would recommend for work (if your not in the audio industry) but probably not for casual use esp. if your going to want sound.
Generally speedy and ergonomic. However, sometimes can be a bit noisy and there can be slight flickering in screen brightness when I switch apps or scroll webpages.
