[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it for my wife to use for as she’s going to school for a bachelors degree in cyber security. She hasn’t had a lot of experience with Microsoft office and other programming tools but this laptop is so user friendly in every aspect that she is killing her school work!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been pretty happy with the XPS 13. I got good customer service when I got stuck on something, which is a big plus. The only issue is that it seems like the right-hand side of the touch-pad isn't working right, which I'm going to raise with tech support.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All in all, it’s pretty good. It’s comfortable to carry around, easy to use, fast, and thin.
It stays pretty cool when I use it, and the battery lasts for quite a while (on power saver mode). (If it’s not on power saver mode, it loses battery much faster)
However, when I do/use certain apps, such as Roblox, it overheats way too fast, and drains the charge. It makes me worried about the battery. Another thing is that sometimes (though rarely) the touch pad glitches.
But since I use this mostly for school, it doesn’t concern me too much, and I always keep it on battery saver.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes CPU gets really hot! But still a great designed laptop! The monitor and keyboard are really nice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best/fastest laptop I've ever used. Keyboard feels great and very clear picture. I would only add a usb-A port as those are still very common.
