[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a great laptop. It has been 6 months since I bought it. Mine is xps 13 7390 at a price of 1730$; i7 10th gen, 16gb ram, 512gb ssd. Very smooth in handling applications. The only problem is that sometimes it makes a lot of 'zshhhhh' sound due to cooling fans inside (not that disturbing but still...). Also, sometimes it lags when I do heavy use like opening 20 tabs of chrome and simultaneously using Adobe illustrator, 10 files of Adobe reader, microsoft word and powerpoint at once. Trust me, you won't get a better laptop at this price, not even macbook pro (unless your budget is 2000$). It can go for 12 hours of just web browsing. Its way lighter than macbook pro, even lighter than mac air. Its not a gaming laptop, however, you can use an external gpu to play heavy graphics games since it also has 2 thunderbolt ports and display port.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all good. The fan is noisy and keeps running for long periods of time. The Killer Wireless is very very very very very bad. I had to reboot and restore the defaults to get the unit working (called customer support and that was their solution). Such a hassle. I don't think I will buy a dell again. Bluetooth issues with the wireless mouse as well. Have to turn off bluetooth and connect it again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

But the form factor and convenience of size and weight does come at a cost. Most notable are the speakers. Which makes zoom calls without a head set very challenging.
