[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very powerful little laptop. I bought this for school and research, both requiring a fair bit of data transfer and web-based applications. With my use, I find that the battery does not last as long as I would have hoped, but it checks off all the boxes otherwise. When it first arrived, it had some blue screen issues, but I started a chat with a Dell rep and he ended up taking remote access of the laptop to run diagnostics and fix some minor things. It was a great experience, and I really appreciated the time he took to fix an underwhelming problem. This was a definite Win for Dell :)

a) Touch and hold or right-click the network icon (Available Networks or Network Icon, located in the lower right-hand corner).
b) Touch or click Troubleshoot problems and then follow the prompts.
