[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the XPS 13 for a month it has ran almost flawlessly. The screen is amazing, it feels like a much better build quality than my Lenovo, and it runs lightening fast. It will boot up from flipping it open to ready to go in about 10 seconds. Only criticism so far is that the speaker volume is a little low. Typically need to use external speakers or headphones if having a video call with someone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy all the features computer. The touch screen is very helpful. The only problems I have are minor. I tend to have issues with the audio. If I use headphones, sometimes the audio does not work until I reset the audio settings or the computer as a whole. Also I have issues with charging every once in a while. However this might be an issue with the charger that came with the computer, not the computer itself.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the XPS 13 7390 for just over a week now. Overall this is a very nice device. Fast, bright display, decent audio, and great battery life. Build quality is good and I really appreciate the soft touch of the carbon-fiber interior. A couple of concerns prevent me from giving this 5 stars. The first is Killer wireless. Several times I powered on the laptop to discover the Killer wireless card "could not start". After attempting several different fixes I believe I finally resolved this by downloading the latest drivers from the Killer website and performing a clean install. Dell's own update utility did not install the latest drivers. While I am capable of doing this, the average consumer likely is not. This is a hassle that is completely unacceptable in 2020 and one Dell should be very concerned about. The second concern is occasionally the fan is noticeably loud and the bottom of the laptop is very warm. Overall I am happy with my purchase and would recommend to others.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent Laptop. Much more powerful than the XPS 15 I had bought a year earlier. Dell paid lots of attention to every detail.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solid, all-around laptop great for general computing and internet access. I am really happy with it. The only downside is that the camera is not very high quality in terms of the picture. Otherwise, no complaints!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My XPS is great! Lightweight, quick processing, and a stunning display. The touch screen is responsive even if it;s a bit too sensitive.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent small form factor laptop. The screen has outstanding resolution and is wonderfully bright, with accurate colors. The wireless adapter is superb too, much better than the one that was in my older laptop. I find the keyboard very comfortable to work on and appreciate the lighting that is installed in it. The I7 Skylake CPU is very fast and the installed memory is spacious.
