[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great laptop, high performance, the fingerprint works fine for Windows Hello. The FHD screen allows different ratios (I use it at 100% and the screen look great). The sound is really involving. The new camera location (I had a XPS 13 9370 before) is perfect, and the resolution is quite good.

However, I was very impressed with the customer support and they sent a technician to fix it as soon as possible. Otherwise, it has plenty of power, its lightweight, and has ok battery life.
