[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this computer a lot, however I do have a couple of issues. I really wish it had a USB port available, I did not think this would be an issue when I chose this model but I have since regretted that thinking. The battery life doesn't seem to be that great, I seem to be charging it on a daily basis where as I have another laptop from a different manufacturer that when used similarly I was only charging it every couple of days. There are also difficulties sometimes using the finger print to log in, not often but once in a while it either wont attempt to read my finger or it just flat out wont work. I also find the mouse pad to be a little sensitive at times, if I am using it instead of a mouse to scroll it will very easily click on something when I am meaning to scroll down.
What I absolutely love is the size and weight, I can take this computer anywhere and its hardly noticeable. It is easy and comfortable to type on, I have taken it on several trips and it is much easier to use sitting in a car or a smaller space like an airplane than my larger laptop. I love that I can use either side of it to plug in the charger, its not just one side that causes you to strategically decided where you are going to sit if you need to use the device and have it plugged in. This is a good computer, it does everything I need it to do and it gets the job done.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for the detailed review. I am glad to hear that your experience has been mostly a good one so far! I will give you some information that will hopefully resolve some of your concerns.
To try to increase your battery performance, follow these steps, Change the Power Plan: 1. On the notification area of the taskbar, right-click the Battery icon. 2. On the options list, click Power Options. 3. Select a power plan on the battery meter, such as Power Saver or Balanced. Windows 10 has a built-in 'Battery Saver' mode that can be activated to extend your system's battery life. The Battery Saver mode will monitor and limit background activity and other features such as push notifications. You do have the option to enable or disable this mode within settings, or within advanced Battery Saver settings, you can customize the mode to best suit your needs.
a) Click on the Action Center icon in the taskbar and select the tile for Battery Saver. b) If running Cortana, then type Battery Saver into the search box and choose from the results. Within the Battery Saver settings page, you will be able to turn on and off the feature and customize the functionality to meet your needs best. c) Turn Battery Saver On or Off. d) Additional settings are available via the Battery use and Battery saver settings links. e) Battery use shows further info on apps and their power usage. f) Battery Saver Settings screen allows you to customize additional Battery Saver feature. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smooth as silk! The only little flaw was the fan noise, it ran with full speed with very few apps running. However it works fine after I tweaked the fan settings.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best laptop I have owned yet. Super transportable and extremely fast processing allows me to run FL studio and produce hits.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight and easy to use! I couldn't be happier with the purchase! I would definitely recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were disappointed with this computer. We had issue after issue, first with the speakers difficult to hear on many apps even at max volume) and then with the wireless capability (which simply stopped working one day). We did not keep this computer.
