my laptop had some trouble when I tried to restart it one time, but other than that time it has worked perfectly. so that was kind of weird, it hasn't happened again after that
The laptop works almost perfect but I have some issues with it. is very good and fast so they help you immediately. They'll send me a new laptop and I expect that to solve the problems. The laptop works fast, is super small and not heavy. Also the design is beautiful and it is delivered with a usb c to usb port. I recommend this laptop!

My previous XPS 13 model has got better battery life than the current one. I was told that it is supposed to give me at least 13 hours of battery life but even without many apps running, it can only last at most 5hr max.... I felt very short changed!! Very disappointed.

Have had the laptop now for coming up on a week and it has been really stable and has great performance. I have done a mixture of work on it so far from light photo editing to running various SQL queries to consuming media and has handled it without issue. Is as good if not better than my MacBook Pro 13" from 2017
I would have thought at the cost of this pc that hdmi out would have been a priority. not the best move.
