[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Better than anticipated. Works flawlessly and is fast. Simple to set up. Best laptop for the money.
1) Dell mobile connect is unreliable, disconnects often, needs to delete device and reconnect often 2) Bluetooth connection is unreliable, Bluetooth mouse connected but stopped working within a few days. Had to reconnect again 3) laptop stopped working for more than a day, unable to turn on screen even when battery is fully charged. Recharge after battery was depleted and laptop came back to life 4) laptop runs hot when charging 5)laptop froze several times within the first week of use, had to turn on and off to restart. Alt Ctrl Delete did not work in some occasions. I will be requesting for a return and full refund for this laptop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked fine first ew days then could not detect network as it ad the days before Spent hours trouble shooting without success. Worked with an online technician who took control of computer downloaded some thing that didn't work. Finally I reset computer to factory settings today. Success!Now Praying it will continue to behave

Although it came a day late with the Express Shipping, it's probably the best laptop I've ever used. It's reliable, fast, small which I really like about it. Everything about it is really good for a reasonable price. No let downs at all.
