Excellent Notebook. The quality of the materials used are very good: external chassis, keyboard, screen. It is very slim, the high definition display is gorgeous, and it is indeed very fast

Really happy with how powerful the PC is and the setup experience in general. Only annoying thing is the bloatware that is inevitably going to come pre-installed on any new Windows machine. In an ideal world it would be nice to boot up your PC for the first time and not have to mess around with anything, but being realistic, the amount of apps that come pre-installed are not quite as bad compared to other manufacturers.

very beautiful machine! The keyboard is a little clunky and doesn't give great feedback, so would like maybe a little smaller buttons to push or at least a little closer to make less errors

While I'm extremely disappointed that Dell left a loose screw inside my new laptop that ended up shorting the motherboard after 3 days, The service provided to correct the issue was excellent. Hopefully there are no latent defects caused by this poor manufacturing labor and QA.
