While I've only had my XPS 13 7390 since Christmas... I've not been able to get too familiar with it, as for how to get the most out of it. I had a Dell 14 Laptop, for the last 5 years, and so I'm having to adjust a little. I'm used to using my left finger to scrolling, and because the screen edge is so small, I keep getting 'ads' in the way, and going to websites that I didn't intend. Also, I tend to 'lose' connection with Explorer 10, too often, which is a nuisance to me. Consequently, I'm going to have to limit my star rating to a '3.' Hopefully, I can re-visit this feature in a few weeks, and bring my rating up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There is not a better laptop out there. Carried with pride. Absolutely stunning!
when I type the quote key nothing shows up the first time but two quotes who up when I hit the key again. Or if I start typing after hitting the key, the quote only shows up once I have started typing letters. This is for both double and single quotes. All other keys are fine and I'm very happy with the product. I there an easy solution for this?
Very good English. She spoke very well and was able to help me with the problem. I did not know about new features preventing certain downloads from occurring. She helped me in the situation and was able to solve the problem.
Got the i7 10710u / 16 GB / 512 GB / FHD, and am very satisfied with the product. It is going to be used as laptop for university in a computer science masters. The performance is overkill for sure, but I am enjoying the extra cores for photo editing in Lightroom. For the price I paid it is good enough, but I would have gotten the new XPS 13 9300 if it was prices similarly and I knew about it beforehand.
