I have the XPS 13 with the I5 10th gen, and it has been excellent in every way. The Keyboard has excellent travel, well spaced, and far superior to a MacBook Pro. I/O is great, and even has a micro sd reader that I use often. Battery life is excellent... I could on and on, but ill sum up the whole experience with this: This thin and light laptop is excellent in every way! I will not be going back to a MacBook Pro any time soon.
I've experienced almost 30 times of system freeze in the past 3 days of using this XPS 13 device. I am very disappointed at this experience which I spent that amount of money and got such a bad product in return. I hope that Dell really look up to this and solve this problem as soon as possible.

I turned my XPS for the first time and right now the battery area is very noisy. I think it is the fan. Also, the battery heats up and I am afraid it is going to burn the back of my PC.

Seems really good so far. Waiting for a dell D6000 universal thunderbolt hub which is probably essential for people wanting to add peripheral equipment like monitors, keyboard, mouse etc.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with this laptop for dual boot Windows + Arch Linux. The keyboard and trackpad feel nice and are durable, and the screen is large with a satisfyingly small boarder. Battery life is excellent, lasting the entire day for general web browsing and videos.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The killer network adapter has been faulty from day one and has continued to be a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, my XPS has never worked. It blue screens continuously. I have spent countless hours communicating with Dell's (very patient and helpful) technical assistance and doing diagnostics. By the time I finally got somebody to agree that it needs fixing the pandemic struck, so nobody can come to replace the motherboard. I worry about my warranty running out before I get to properly use the machine for its intended purposes

Hello MS,
I am sorry for the frustration.
I believe there would be a way for you to ship your computer in for someone to work on it. I suggest creating a service request to start the process. Here is the link to do so: https://dell.to/3fUyDDx. I hope this helps!
