The product is solid. I made sure if that before purchase as a gift to a friend. The support both on the website and from live chat was great.
The one problem so far has been that the microphone of the XPS arrives it set up to support Google web meetings. Online directions from user posts indicate the process to install other third party microphone access but DELL would do users a big favor if they made a good easy to use interface to set apps that can access the mic. The inbuilt camera worked out of the box with at least Google but not the microphone. That would be a great fix if DELL just see how annoying the situation is to a user. The XPS is very capable and is overall a great machine. My friend loves it!
I gave the XPS 13 7390 a good because I think more could have been done to make the device more interesting. Something like detaching or folding it as a tablet. I am enjoying my laptop and it is so sleek and beautiful I love it.
Really great! I got this laptop as a gift from my college's EMT course and was suspicious at first because usually free stuff means cheap. However, as I unboxed it and booted it up I was pleasantly surprised how well this laptop preforms. Excellent quality.
I was expecting some standard usb connections and a mouse. Actually I would prefered a mouse and no touch pad at all. If that were an option I would take it. But part of the problem is the time between purchases allows designers to make changes that I don't get consulted on and this forces me to learn new things which is always difficult. In the end I would have chosen the Thunderbolt 3 connectors as well but I also would have included a type c mouse in the package. But I love the laptop. Very happy with the older design. I mostly do two things. I write stories and script and I like YouTube. I'm on google all of the time. And stackoverflow answering questions about google apps script

This is by far the best 13.3" laptop I ever used. With a 6 core processor in such a beautiful structure is the perfect balance of power and elegance. I use this machine for work primarily, that is emails, surfing and some web based apps. No complaints what so ever! Once charges, I can get through the whole work day. Portability is incomparable. Love it!
