Great laptop. Works well, really nice design and so light. Keyboard is very smooth also. The only thing missing is a USB input. Will need to get an adaptor
I received my Dell and it is up and running well. However, at the same time I place my order I also ordered Microsoft 365. That doesn't arrive for several weeks apparently. Great support from one of your online folks but frustrating their is a disconnect between when I receive the laptop and when I receiver the 365 code.
just brought this laptop and there's an issue with the audio driver. Can't hear any sound.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Happy with the computer and the price. I was a little sad to hear the HD spinning because I thought I mentioned an SSD when I spoke to the rep, but I'm mostly at fault there. I'm terribly disappointed to learn about UEFI, showing windows remote access software in my BIOS, and of course disappointed in the OS that uses WAY too many resources after purchasing a brand new and powerful computer, finding that it struggles where it really shouldn't. I feel like I went from having some control over my hardware, but this BIOS change has completely hijacked my freedom. I work for the government, however, so using a Common Access Card, or accessing government systems kind of require it, but I still can't help but be disappointed in general.
