The Windows 10 UI animations lag on the main 4K display of the laptop. This happens even in excel where the transitions aren't smooth. This is not supposed to happen with such high end laptops. Please provide a solution.

Was not completely aware that this computer had ONLY USB C drives. Also, the Netflix App did not work and kept providing an error code. When I uninstalled it and then tried to re-install it, it kept saying I "own" this app and therefore would not proceed. Netflix works fine on any other source in my house.

My laptop speakers have stopped working. I shouldn't have to spend my time trouble shooting for a simple feature.

Hello markr62,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry you are experiencing this issue. Below I have provided steps that should resolve this issue.
1. Press and hold the Windows () key, and then press the q key. 2. In the Search box type, settings. 3. In the search results list, touch, or click Settings (App). 4. Touch or click System. 5. On the Display screen, find the Adjust my screen brightness automatically option. Note: Some notebooks do not support this feature, and the option is not available. You can manually adjust the brightness using the slider bar under Change brightness for the built-in display, after making any desired changes, close the System window. 6. Touch or click the slider to toggle the option on or off. 7. Touch or click Apply. 8. Close the System window.
