Happy with this purchase! The look and the feel of this laptop is very pleasing. I read other reviews where users complain about the keyboard, but I haven't had any issues with it. I initially had troubles with the mic, but after some research found that turning off Voice in MaxxAudioPro resolves the issue, and now the mic works perfectly. I've had this laptop for a month and the battery lasts for about 5-6 hours of office work (spreadsheets, emails, video calls, presentations etc). I love that the laptop is compact, light, good-looking and yet very powerful.

WiFi Useless

Every hour or so, it disconnects from the wifi, try to reconnect it says cannot connect to network. Network is fine as working on phone, iPad. Solution: do not buy Dell, every again.

Finger prints on the keyboard

the keyboards and the mouse trackpad get easily dirty or get fingerprint marks. The power button needs to be pushed way too much to start up the laptop.

once apple user loves my Dell XPS

The simple things make this a great laptop, the always illuminated chord, great typing experience and worry free graphic design. I have had no problems and Dell has meet and exceeded my expectations so much that i have replaced many apple products this year.
