[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for photo editing while traveling. It has lots of computing power even will the full Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom running at the same time.
I am very pleased with the speed and overall performance. Great size for docking station office use with two monitors. Keyboard is lit up well and accessible with number grouping for data entry. Great size for traveling, fits on aircraft trays for watching movies or working. I am sorry I didn't look at the 9300 because the only knock I have on the 7390 is no USB port. I had to buy an adaptor (usb-c male to usb female $14) from Dell. Other than that love it.
I initially bought this laptop for college but it moves so quickly that I'm considering adding on a gaming cartridge because I love it so much. It moves really well. And as far as aesthetics, it's sleek. Can't imagine life without it :-)
Sent this laptop to my sister who works in public schools. So far, the internet won't work on it. We called IT support and they had to factory reset it. Worked for a day or two and now it won't work again. The IT guy said we may need to replace the device. This is brand new and her older Dell laptop works fine on the network.
Contact IT to return the device and get a box to replace the device but now it's been a few days and we haven't heard from him. Waste of money.
All of this while she needs a laptop for remote teaching due to COVID. Will update review if IT ever gets back to us about a replacement.

I'm so sorry you're having WiFi problems. We appreciate your feedback and want you to enjoy using your laptop.
If you have not already run the Network Troubleshooter, here are the instructions to do so:
1. Run the Network Troubleshooter (here: https://bit.ly/NwkConnection) a) Touch and hold or right-click the network icon (Available Networks or Network Icon, located in the lower right-hand corner). b) Touch or click Troubleshoot problems and then follow the prompts.
You can read the full article here - https://bit.ly/NwkConnection. If this provides no results, I suggest you read about reducing wireless signal interference (full article here: https://dell.to/35s7eEd)-

I am not a tech wizard. I am a 70 year old who, on retirement 12 years ago, decided to make the move from Windows to IOS on all my devices. I have regretted that decision but was dreading making the move back. A lot has changed since I retired, but I have been able to set up my new XPS 13 very easily by myself, without seeking assistance from tech support because of the information Dell puts at my fingertips. This machine is the size of an extra light weight notebook with enough power and memory to do anything you can imagine. So glad I made the leap!!!
