So far very happy with the product. Good battery life, using for both personnel and business (when working from home) purposes. Bluetooth mouse lags a bit, could be related to idle time not sure.

I just bought this laptop just a few weeks ago . It is nicely made. My problem is with the WiFi connectivity. I called Dell and they were able to walk me through unistalling the "Killer Wifi" that came with the XPS 13. I was able to connect back to my Wifi. A few days later, I encountered the same problem and called Dell again. We did the same uninstallation of the Killer Wifi and I regained connection. I don't think for the price of this laptop, I have to be going through the same problem over and over again. Dell needs to come up with a better Wifi driver
