Item was received far past delivery dead line and the delete key was installed sloping into the case. Functionally it does still work however it looks terrible and For the price it's disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is an incredibly fast and reliable laptop. Also very quiet with an excellent battery. It has the best keyboard ever and the fingerprint reader works well (it just takes a few tries to set it up). Of course, there are some things I would change. The screen sometimes flickers a little when night light is on and you switch programs. And I had to remove realtrek audio to use the microphone. Even with these issues I still give this 5/5 stars!

I've only had my XPS 13 for about a month but I love it so far. It's plenty powerful enough for my needs and the battery lasts all day. The build quality seems really good and based on past experience with Dell computers, I have no doubt that this will last me for several years.

The first startup was completely guided and helpful getting it connected to my home network. The solid state drive is super fast, and with the I7 processor makes work so much more efficient. I also love the compact size and the light weight - so much better than the old one to take with me.
