after some windows updates on my new XPS13, the fingerprint reader was no longer working. With a remote session with the support team, the correct driver was reinstalled very professionally
Excellent little power house. Great specs, large screen in a small size. Even better keyboard than before. No complaints except I wish it had one more usb c port.
Just purchased the Dell XPS 7390 (full HD display - not 4K). Don't know what else to say than " beautiful little thing" its amazing and it 's so quick. I just love it :-)
The laptop I used for work up and died on me and I had to get a new one, quick. My short list was either the XPS or the MacBook Air. Considering I needed it for work, which makes heavy use of windows-oriented software (though my old laptop was a Mac and I could access everything I needed) and I must say, I made the right choice. It's light and highly portable and the screen dimensions makes for easily viewing two documents side by side. I'm a happy customer.
Cannot get the built in microphone built in to be heard clearly on calls. Causing me problems
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Gerry,
We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear you are having issues with the speakers and the microphone in your XPS 13 7390. Below I have provided the steps to run the Microsoft Sound Troubleshooter, which should help resolve these issues. I have also provided the full article link if more options are needed.
How to run Windows Troubleshooter in Microsoft Windows 10? 1. Click Start and select Settings (gear icon). 2. Click Update & Security and select Troubleshoot. 3. Click Recording Audio and then click Run the troubleshooter. 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process
