Unresolvable audio and camera issues. Charging issues. Right out of the box! Tech so-called-support insisted that everything was fine even though the computer was not functional. Wow, great first impression, Dell! If the replacement is no good, our company is moving on to another make.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just bought my 4th Dell laptop. This is my first XPS and I love it so far. As per usual, ordering and delivery went smoothly, in fact, my laptop arrived 10 days earlier than expected. Amazing since we're in COVID times and Christmas season. Setting it up was easiest and most pleasant experience ever. Can't wait for the world to get back to normal so I can travel with this baby!
I like my new XPS, it is easy to operate, the exact size that I want, fast and comfortable to carry on. At the beginning there was a sound, but then it disappear.
