The laptop turns on fast and holds a good battery life. The powerful processor allows me to complete all my work quickly and efficiently. Overall, this laptop is a good choice with its high processing power in a Ultrabook.
Does what I expected. My only real complaint with this laptop is the master volume is extremely low even on high. It's impossible to watch videos without headphones.
I have had this laptop for about a week now, and everything is running smoothly for me. I was hesitant at first because of the bad reviews and when I first got it there was a bit of a lag, but after doing all the necessary updates it has been working well. I haven't had any issues ever since.
This laptop replaces an older Dell Latitude I owned for about 5 years. It has a nicer display and is much lighter - both qualities are much appreciated. I did experience problems initializing this laptop with my printer, which I did not have with the older Latitude. And the sound quality on this machine is decidedly worse than the older machine. I can barely hear people on Zoom conferences even with the volume maxed out. That's very disappointing. Also, people could barely hear me until I discovered that the audio boost setting on this machine actually interferes with the microphone. Turning off that setting permitted others to hear me clearly. Other than that, its a decent laptop, with a nice keyboard and display.
