[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this laptop. It is perfect for everyday use. As a student, the Dell XPS accomplishes all of its tasks.
This laptop is super cute and compact. The design is nice and sleek. I love that the keyboard lights up when you type. The laptop is slim as well. Overall since this is just the right size for my fingers to reach all the keys without flailing around, this will help me with typing quickly for college professors who talk a mile a minute.
I have it for a week now. It has very noisy CPU fan and also heat up to 99'c.

It's a very fast laptop, and it has the best features on it. Only thing is it heats up if you put it in a soft surface like a sofa or anywhere soft. Overall the best windows laptop in my opinion.
My 4th Dell laptop. I have been waiting for the relocation of the nose cam to the top of the bezel. The display and performance are impressive, but within a week, the fan has developed a bearing noise at medium speed. I'll wait to see if it settles down. If not, a warranty claim will be made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality

I’ve had this for just over 2 weeks. I closed the laptop one time and when I opened it again the screen stopped working. Dell support is coming in 2 days and sometime between 9am and 6pm they can’t say when. Very poor hopefully they can fix it.
I have had to reload the wireless drivers 3 times in less than a week to keep wifi up and running
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
