Excellent Laptop

I really thought I would have more complaints with a 13" laptop. I'm coming from a pretty powerful desktop and was hoping not to sacrifice any of the snappiness or reliability to get this level of portability. I'm happy to say that so far it doesn't look like I've had to sacrifice much at all. The keyboard, although lacking a tenkey, is as close to a standard desktop keyboard in terms of spacing and speed as I've come across in a laptop. The display is incredible, it gets very bright and the color is stunning. The build quality feels equal to that of a MacBook, which is high praise indeed. Battery life is also great, if I'm doing light web surfing or typing a word document I'll sometimes hover over the battery icon and see something ridiculous like 74% - 9 hours 33 minutes remaining. I don't think I've gotten it below 30% since receiving the laptop, yet I don't feel like I'm charging often at all. This thing is everything I had hoped it would be, and a pleasant surprise in an otherwise depressing laptop market.

The computer is great in every respect except one, but that one is critical. The sound levels are horribly low. I have the sound levels at 100% and the sound levels on Netflix at 100% and the level is so low that background noise makes understanding very difficult

General impressions of this new laptop are good. Lightweight, good looks, well-built. Keyboard is good, backlight works well, and processing power good. Big Fail is the built-in Wi-Fi 6! TERRIBLE download/upload speeds, even when on a high-speed wireless network. The included 'Killer' wireless software is at least PART of the problem. Had to uninstall it..
