Terrific laptop. Perfect for work, students, or personal. Fast setup and startup. Only suggestion: needs to come with external ports capability for USB, etc.

Had to get a new computer due to the fact that my old one would not upgrade to Windows 11. And, I have always wanted to try a touchscreen computer.

On the whole it's a good laptop, does what needs to do, screen OK, and fairly fast. My big gripe is it's propensity to just shut down for no apparent reason, even when I regularly accept all the updates. So far I haven't lost anything but I'm slightly reluctant to use it for urgent or important Zoom/Teams calls for that reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Run Windows Power Troubleshooter
1. Open the Power Troubleshooter
*Click on the Windows Start Button and type Troubleshoot, select the troubleshooting icon that appears to open the troubleshooter
2. Scroll down through the options and select power
3. Click on the Run the Troubleshooter button
4. Follow the on-screen prompts and see if it resolves the issue
