The only negative I have so far with the Dell XPS 13 is the finger print scanner almost never recognizes my prints. I have tried several times with different fingers but it still fails most times. I end up putting in my PIN number.
You can’t work at home with this laptop I fell like the price is way to high for the quality of the laptop and there’s no reason to remove so many ports from the laptop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dear Anonymous,
Thank you for choosing Dell. We apologize for the overheating problems you are encountering with your XPS 7390. Dell has released an Intel Power Management Utility to help with the overheating that you may be experiencing on your computer. For this package to take effect, the system power plan must be set to Balanced under the Additional Power Settings. Also, the Power Mode option that is displayed when you click the battery icon, should be set to Better Performance. This package only takes effect on AC power and not on battery power. The Intel Power Management Utility can be found here - http://dell.to/3tStRgX.

This is the second Dell Laptop I used to use. I used Dell xps core i5 and was very happy with it. It run smoothly, beautiful design. It's light and look fashionable. So when I decide to buy a new one, I still choose Dell xps core i7 with better functions and I pass my old laptop to my daughter.
Well , I have hardly used it yet. It seems very powerful for such a small machine. I have not really run any CPU heavy stuff on it yet. One criticism is it refuses to start sometimes. I ain't happy about that.
Tia was very helpful in getting this laptop fixed. She found a few file errors and cleared them up. She was very efficient and really help me get this laptop fixed. Thank you so much Tia!
