We needed a small, lightweight laptop for travel that could interface to a 24" screen and full keyboard. The XPS-13 is perfect for travel and has 2 Thunderbolt ports, one of which is used for a docking station that interfaces to full screen, keyboard, mouse, and external DVD. This way, we have all the comforts of home when at home and all the comforts of travel when away.
So far, so good. This laptop is so easy to carry around, and it looks great. Perfect size for everyday schlepping. It functions so, so fast. Very impressive. Obviously the ports are special to Dell and you need a bunch of converter cables, but other than that, it's been reliable.
Hi Team, I have been using the laptop for few weeks now and noticed the batter drains very quickly for this laptop. I am little disappointed with it for such a powerful system which has a potential to do more but looses power so quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Experiencing sheer pleasure using this Ultrabook. It has got a lot to offer in terms of quality and performance. From Design to Internals it totally excels. Great battery life combined with amazing performance makes it a wonderful experience. Sometimes I don't even remember when I plugged an AC adapter in. The keyboard is an experience which feels like touching a feather. Touchpad is amazing. Overall an amazing machine.
