The machine is perfect in terms of speed, however I have some comments:
1-battery time remaining unstable 2-system took large space from the hard drive (67 gb) 3-charging time is long(more than 2 hrs) 4-keypad clicks is not comfortable
USB C - Charging port stopped working on 2nd day. I don't know how to get this fixed or who to reach out to.

This was a bummer. Out of 3 USB-C ports, the left side port which had the power indicator for charging suddenly stopped working. Surprisingly other USB C ports are working fine and can be used for charging, but done know if this is the right thing to do. This was a huge bummer and I cant reach out to anyone to help me fix this. Please help!
I use many computers daily but I chose this XPS13 as my personal device because of the convenient size. I can throw it in with my work laptop almost without noticing an impact. The battery life is fantastic. I wish it had one USB-A port, but it is so thin I can understand why it does not.
Hello Dell Support, I got my XPS 13 7390. Love it. It is very fast. However, I was constantly disconnect from the wireless connection in my home office. It is not happening with my old laptop if I do them side by side to connect to the same wi-fi. Another issue is that the Dell always display the Chinese character, even though I have set the language to English in both laptop setting and browser setting. Need help.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi Wei,
We want to thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the issues with the WIFI connection and keyboard settings on your XPS 7390. Below I have provided some resolutions to this issue. I have also provided the full article link, which has more options if they are needed. As for the language issue, I have provided a link to help change the language in the BIOS.
1. Download and install the latest Wireless Card driver. (https://dell.to/2th3Tpe) After updating the driver, re-establish the connection with the Wireless Access Point and check the wireless performance. 2. If the issue persists, proceed to step 3. 3. Power-cycle the local network. Shut down the Dell system, the Wireless Access Point/Router and the Modem. Wait a minimum of 60 seconds before powering up the components in the following order: 4. Power ON the Modem, and wait for it to boot fully. 5. Power ON the Wireless Access Point/Router, and wait for it to boot fully. 6. Power ON the Dell system. 7. Open Network and Sharing Center 8. In the left side navigation pane, click on Change Adapter Settings 9. Right click on the wireless connection icon and select Properties followed by the Configure button 10. Under Wireless Options, select the Wireless N mode 11. For Windows 8 or later systems click the Advanced tab and look for 802.11n Mode on the right you will be given the option to Enable or Disable. If the mode is not visible you may need to update your drivers and firmware. 12. From the drop-down menu, choose Disable followed by Ok 13. This should restore the wireless download and upload speed. Internet speed can be tested at http://speedtest.net.

I purchased this computer to do an accounting class. However this computer couldn’t even handle zoom calls. Extremely disappointed! Dell also did nothing, so I’m stuck with a none working expensive computer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
