My wife ordered the white color XPS laptop. It arrived before the ETA which was a nice surprise. The laptop is constructed nicely which feels and looks amazing. It’s light in weight and slim in size which she can easily put inside her bag and carry around with her.
Brand new XPS started lagging immediately when browsing. I haven't downloaded any software yet, but I can image those will lag as well. Drivers are updated. I plan to use an eGPU, but still even without dedicated graphics, the computer should not lag while browsing. My $600 Chromebook operates better I would say. The only benefit is windows.

Hello Nicholas,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with the performance of your PC. We recommend limiting your start-up programs and uninstalling any unwanted applications. I have provided steps on how to do both below.
Limit startup programs: 1. Close all open windows. 2. Press CTRL + Shift + ESC key together on the keyboard. 3. In the Task Manager window, click the Startup tab. 4. Select the program or application that you want to disable from loading during startup. 5. Right-click and select Disable. 6. Repeat Steps 4 & 5 for all the programs or applications that you want to disable from loading during startup. 7. Restart your PC.
Uninstalling or removing software or applications that you do not use or do not need from your PC can help speed up your PC. Applications may include background processes, system services, context menu entries, and other things that can slow down your PC. Uninstall applications you no longer need using Programs and Features (previously called Add/Remove Programs). Unnecessary applications occupy space on your hard disk drive. I have provided the steps on how to uninstall applications below.
1. Press the Windows logo key + R on the keyboard. 2. In the Run dialog box, type appwiz.CPL and press the Enter key. 3. In the list, select a program and click Uninstall.

Have had the Dell laptop XPS13 7390 for 9 days. It is not the ideal solution. It's quirky; loses Bluetooth connection too frequently, and today it went into a blue screen for absolutely no reason. Thought I would never get it to restart and boot properly. I am already sorry about my choice for a new laptop. It came highly rated, but I have found it to be problematic at times. Hope that it will soon operate flawlessly but have doubts. I had a Dell desktop that had to be sent back to Dell three times before it finely operated correctly. On the third try it major components were replaced at it worked fine after that. Hope this device straightens out.

Hello DrDon,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you are having Bluetooth issues and experiencing blue screen errors on your XPS 7390. Below I have provided steps to help troubleshoot and resolve the blue screen issue, along with the full article link. I have also provided a link to troubleshoot the Bluetooth issue as well.
1. At the desktop, click the Search the web and Windows box and type "problem reports". 2. Select View all problem reports to view a list of errors that have occurred on your computer and possible solutions for them, such as updating drivers, flashing your system BIOS, or checking for updates to the software. 3. Under the Source column, look for Windows and under Summary, look for Shut down unexpectedly. 4. Right-click the line item and select Check for a solution.
We'd also suggest checking to make sure that your software and drivers are up to date on Dell's Product Page -
