While the processor and other hardware elements are good - the sound and microphone are abysmal. Who makes a laptop in 2020 with a microphone that can't be used for a video call? Also the sound is so pathetic you need external speakers just to hear sound. Not even close to previous XPS13 generations.

Small, thin, light and fast. Great screen. Nice keyboard. I upgraded from a fairly old laptop, so I am pretty impressed by the new technology. The Dell optimization app seems like it could be effective at maintaining the efficiency in the long run.
This is a great product, and I would have given it a five star if the first one I ordered didn't come with a broken screen. Thankfully, Dell replaced it and sent me a new one for free thanks to the warranty. Dell should work on their quality assurance to make sure defective products are not sent to customers. Overall, a good laptop with good processing power.
Way too expensive than what it is worth. Camera is horrible, No mic, No usb port, Buttons malfunction sometimes. It has very good picture quality tho.

Right now I am very disappointed- I have a brand new XPS 13 7390 had it set up with extra monitor , wireless keyboard and mouse. Everything was working just great. Turned it off and went away for 3 days. When I return none of the peripherals work. A restart doesn't help. It is a pretty machine and before I turned it off the only problem I had was accessing my NAS.
