Overall, this is a good laptop. However, there are some issues with audio and mic. You have to constantly change the settings to get a good sound otherwise it is very quiet and you can barely hear people if you are in a Conference Meeting (e.g. Google Meet, Zoom, FB Messenger and etc.) Sometimes mic just fades away and call participants can't hear you at all but see your mouth moving. I hope Dell pushes an update that would fix this bug. I tried uninstalling audio drives and re-installing them again but it didn't seem to resolve the issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this little laptop! The i7 processor is very fast; I typically have several windows open simultaneously. The size is perfect and the machine is aesthetically pleasing...quite beautiful in rose gold with the white keyboard.
In love with my XPS 13 7390. This is my first laptop from any brand, I have always purchased my PC's from DELL. The image quality is great, screen size is perfect for me. Main reason I purchased was to work remotely. Very happy with the price point.
Took a long time to get here. It works fine except the touchpad does not work properly. It will run very jerky. Ive tried many settings and suggestions. I have to use a wireless mouse.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This computer is great! I was worried it would be too small but the size is perfect for me. It's so compact and easy to use and also very snappy and quick. 10/10 would recommend!
