I had moved to Apple a few years ago - the Air was terrific, but when my wife needed a PC on the Windows platform, I started researching and got her an XPS 13 with touchscreen. I was so impressed, that I bought one for my growing business and have been thrilled with it's lightness, power, display, and integration services (my iPhone alerts come through in the Dell sync software - something that is helpful if you were in the Apple eco system. The XPS is a superior machine and Microsoft has finally nailed the OS (I run 365 for the business and it's flawless).
My experience with my XPS 7390 has been good. I am still getting used to it. Sometimes the applications switch without my prompting, maybe I am touching somewhere without being aware. I will give further feedback later on
I was so happy with how easy it was to set up my new Dell... I was up and operational so quickly, including setting up my email! I love how small this laptop is...it's easy to carry it around!
I've only heard about the dell experience from a friend, but using it now by myself, I can only say wow. I'm using it a lot for graphic and it's amazing.
I have experience with Dell XPS 13 7390, 4k screen and intel gen10. My laptop run smoothly and have a great 4k screen. However, I am supposed to have better battery life. It is likely that 4k screen consume more energy than full HD screen. Generally, I had great experience with DELL xps 13 7390
