A smooth and sleek laptop. Light-weight and versatile laptop and efficient speed and vibrant display. It can over heat at times and the touchpad can be very sensitive and takes some getting used to. Overall it's a durable and powerful, compact laptop.

The cursor keeps jumping while typing on a brand new XPS laptop and the mic is horrendous. The touchpad does not keep up while clicking on items.

2. Scroll until you see the Dell folder.

4. Touch or click SupportAssist
5. Touch or click Hardware Checkup.

7. Scroll down until Mouse is listed

If you are looking for a powerful laptop that has a small footprint this is it. Does everything I need, from keeping track of my business to handling multi track music recording and doesn't take up a lot of space. The addition of a micro SD card slot is fantastic as it can add huge memory at a fraction of the cost and allow data to be swapped out without tapping into the internal SSD on the computer, i.e. switch the info at your disposal from business to fun by swapping out a micro SD card. This allows me to have literally Tera Bites of info available in an instant.
