Graphic Card and storage

Challenging Start Up

I upgraded to a new Dell from my a prior Dell, about 6 years old. I am surprised how much more difficult it is to maneuver, in many ways because MS has taken over everything. I wish I had someone who could help me port my existing files and settings to my new computer. I never realized it would be so difficult

As for the file transferring, Dell does offer a service to help do that. It is the Dell Migration using SupportAssist, you can call the support team to inquire about it.

Great laptop for home and photos.

I wanted a laptop with a good quality screen for viewing my photos but small enough to cart around. The XPS 13 fits the bill. Dell staff were very helpful in getting it set up just the way I wanted. The ordering process was a bit hairy with so many choices but in the end all got sorted out with the help of Dell staff.

My new laptop arrived in great shape and is performing above my expectations. It's always difficult making a reasonably expensive purchase of a product sight unseen, but I am very pleased that I chose Dell, again. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because the shipping took so long but I'm not sure that Dell had control of that aspect.
