I am really facing issue with graphic software. Also paying this much money and having very less storage is embarrassing. Need to have more storage and for sure it need to have graphic card
I upgraded to a new Dell from my a prior Dell, about 6 years old. I am surprised how much more difficult it is to maneuver, in many ways because MS has taken over everything. I wish I had someone who could help me port my existing files and settings to my new computer. I never realized it would be so difficult

I wanted a laptop with a good quality screen for viewing my photos but small enough to cart around. The XPS 13 fits the bill. Dell staff were very helpful in getting it set up just the way I wanted. The ordering process was a bit hairy with so many choices but in the end all got sorted out with the help of Dell staff.
My new laptop arrived in great shape and is performing above my expectations. It's always difficult making a reasonably expensive purchase of a product sight unseen, but I am very pleased that I chose Dell, again. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because the shipping took so long but I'm not sure that Dell had control of that aspect.
I love this computer. The only minor issue I have is the Hello Windows face feature doesn't recognize my camera. Minor to me just because I don't prefer to use facial rec to log in.
