Overall a great little laptop if you don't plan to do many video calls or use zoom.
Unfortunately that's one of the main reasons I purchased one and have had numerous issues with the built in computer speakers being extremely quite and the mic not picking up sounds. I've had to resort to using external speakers and mics for video chats which unfortunately turn the portable laptop, not very portable anymore. Sometimes I use my phone instead. I also have had issues that when in a video call, I cannot hear audio from other applications - So if I'm on a call I can't hear the sound from a video clip that I'm sharing with the group. I haven't had these issues with other computers I've used and when trying to look it up online, haven't seen many others with the same issue.
One minor physical thing, the screen doesn't align perfectly with the keyboard when closed. It's shifted slightly. Again, minor but the misalignment takes away from the sleekness the computer has.
Aside from that it's been a really great machine! I haven't had any other issues. If you don't plan on doing video calls or using zoom, I would recommend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall functional laptop. The system hanged once, but seemed ok after I tried to restart it again. Lightweight, good for those who need to travel around for work. Only issue is there is no USB port at all.
the mic does not seem to work as no one can hear me. Also i keep getting a white screen when i open the computer and have to close and re-open to get it to work. not the worst thing ever but not what i would expect from a new computer. from what i paid and the rating of the comp i was expecting more. it is nice and sleek and battery is good and fast for what i am doing. a lot of nice things. but i want something where everything works.

The performance of the computer is awesome and I love the screen. I am disappointed by the amount of noise it makes. I assumed a computer with an SSD drive would be silent like a tablet, a phone, or the old Dell Inspiron that I was replacing.
Overall good laptop, only having issues with the sound while being on zoom calls very low, hard to hear and speak using microphone. Also my bluetooth headset dont seem to be recognized when I thought I could easily use them on it.
