This laptop was a super upgrade from the old clunker I had prior to this. I just wish I would have bought more hard drive space when purchasing but that's fine I can upgrade it for more memory. Thanks for making such an awesome lightweight laptop.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your PC is freezing. Below I have provided steps and a link that should resolve this issue.
To try to resolve crashing/freezing, you can try the following.
1. At the desktop, click the Search the web and Windows box and type "problem reports."
2. Select View all problem reports viewing a list of errors that have occurred on your computer and possible solutions for them, such as updating drivers, flashing your system BIOS, or checking for updates to the software.
3. Under the Source column, look for Windows, and under Summary, look for Shut down unexpectedly.
4. Right-click the line item and select Check for a solution.
We'd also suggest checking to ensure that your software and drivers are up to date on Dell's Product Page - http://dell.to/39CrPbJ

Dell make wonderful products, this is my third, so I feel well qualified to evaluate them. This one is the best I have had and was worth the price. As a company, they try to offer excellent support, but possibly due to current COVID conditions, I was disappointed to be unable to register my product activating the guarantee. I find the messages intrusive and irritating. Their product speaks for itself, don't spoil it with so-called systems that do not work or are a nuisance.

I really have never had a laptop I enjoyed this much. Sleek, fast, keyboard the right feel. Makes me want to just type all day! You really will not regret it. Just a heads up that the 13 inch is a bit smaller than the regular 13 inch laptop probably because of the sleek design, but who cares! Amazing laptop is the bottom line

Lightweight, powerful, ample storage and expansion capabilities. Built-in HDMI and USB-A ports would be convenient. Fan is a bit noisy. Display is beautiful and Dell Mobile Connect and Dell Cinema are wonderful included programs.
