It's a good laptop, with very bad speakers. Can't do online meeting with this laptop without separate mic because the speakers are really small and to close to the keyboard. When you type during a meeting, everyone complains it's too loud. When you talk you have to bend down right to the speakers, otherwise your voice can't be heard. I don't have this problem with any other laptops. Besides the speaker issues, it's a decent laptop

Hello Vince,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with the speakers & the microphone. Below I have provided steps to perform a hard reset if this should happen again. We also recommend running a hardware diagnostic test. I have provided the link below.
1. Power off the laptop. Press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds. 2. Disconnect the AC adapter or power cord, and remove the battery. Note: For Dell laptops that have a non-removable battery, see the Dell knowledge base article How to reset Real Time Clock (RTC) to recover your Dell XPS, Dell Latitude, or Dell Precision laptop. Note: For certain Dell Latitude laptops, we recommend you try and recover the laptop using the forced ePSA method. See the Dell knowledge base article How to Use Forced ePSA to Recover from POST or Boot Failure. 3. Disconnect all external devices or peripherals like USB drives, printer cables, and media cards (SD/xD). 4. Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds to drain residual power. 5. Connect the AC adapter or power cord and the battery. 6. Power on the laptop.
Nice computer but for the cost it should come with a USB/HDMI dongle. You could barely hear people on a zoom call. The 13 need better speakers. I bought the XPS 15 and it does the trick.

Great experience so far. Easy to set up. The Dell Support Assist feature is great for managing the system. Bought the laptop online. It was shipped within two weeks.
