Happy so far. Only problem is it doesn't have the traditional USB ports so I guess I have to get a special adapter to use my mouse etc. Great size, very compact and will be great for my daughter to use at school. Overall happy with my purchase.
Delivery prompt week before Christmas. Product reasonably intuitive to use. Hooks up to monitors, keyboards, mouse etc by dock (not supplied). Have wireless earphones hooked up after overcoming initial plug-in earphones sound issues searching Google and trying different tactics. Microsoft Office not offered, purchased elsewhere after believing it came with package. Web description for this laptop gave me the false impression basic Microsoft Office supplied.
