Very nice laptop, built well! Fast but I would not recommend if you want to play games with high end graphics. This is not a gaming laptop.

It's a very nice machine, light good battery life. Great screen! Only negatives was the annoying Dell software that kept asking me to set it up. Oh and Dell offered no support, unless I was willing to pay for it. Seems they could answer a simple question without trying to extract a pound of flesh.

TALKED TO THE FOLKS AT DELL, WHO WERE NICE. THEY PROMISED TO CONTINUE TO HELP, BUT NEVER RECONTACTED ME. SYSTEM INCOMPATIBLE WITH OUTLOOK. ONE DRIVE SEEMED TO TAKE OVER EVERYTHING AND FORCE ME IN TO WINDOWS MAIL.

The laptop itself is great, nice weight and build quality. Good performance too. I am coming from a XPS and I am always a fan of high end dell laptops. I was just disappointed that my unit came with a dead pixel in the middle of the display. I understand that it is a normal defect but it is inconvenient.
