Brand new Dell XPS 13 7390 that I paid over $1,200 for and now the mic doesn't work for video calls?? Everything I have seen online has other users dealing with the same issue. No fix available yet. You'd think they'd pause or discontinue sale of this machine until it was fixed! The whole world is running on video calls right now... this is literally one of the most important aspects of the laptop today. I love everything else about the computer, but was crushed to realize it is faulty once I got into a Zoom meeting.

Fast light and I am satisfied using it for all work tasks EXCEPT the microphone does not work at all on mine with or without headphones, and the speaker is very quiet without headphones.
A nice compact package. Very fast and excellent keyboard, trackpad and screen. Only at 4/5 because another Thunderbolt 3 port would be appreciated, as well as a full-sized SD card, but perhaps they have done their best with such a small case. Pairs well with the Dell USB-C UltraSharp monitor for desk work.
Nice display, but 13" screen is a bit small for my preference. More memory is definitely needed.
