This is a terrific computer, well priced. However, the microphone issues make it useless in the age of zoom/covid. Too bad. Returned mine. I did appreciate the efforts of the support folks who tried to help, and the way Dell handles its phone support. I didn't have to wait hours on the phone. Will probably buy another Dell desktop and use my chromebook for traveling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great machine, but the microphone only works well when you speak directly into it. I also have problems hearing the speakers even when they are at 100%. UGH!
