I have been happy with my Z and have no issues. I have been I'll waiting for a Kidney Transplant and the features on this phone keeps me busy for hours keeping my mind focused on else, from the Smart news to the games." I'm still learning how to use my Z before another update lol."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had mine for over a year. Right before my 1 year, the hing did go out and the screen cracked. I used the warranty program with Samsung. My only complaint is the Crack after a year. I wasn't surprised. My real complaint was the warranty program and dealing with Samsung, was a nightmare.
