About to pull my hair out..

I bought the mower in Mid March. I have used it 15 times. I went to top off the battery today and the light flashs green, then goes solid green. I reset the charger and it will flash green but no cooling fan, also the led lights on the battery do not blink. HELP...

Thank you for your email. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your battery or charger. If your charger has been plugged in for an extended amount of time, it might need a reset to avoid giving off a fault. Here are the steps that you should take to reset your charger.
Please try resetting the charger by unplugging it for one minute, plugging it back in, and then trying to charge the battery again. If the issue persists, please ensure that you are fully engaging the battery. Sometimes it requires a firm push into place to secure the battery.

Replacement charger gets a Green light!

I initially received a faulty rapid Charger with the purchase of a GLM801601 Mower Kit. After contacting Customer Service they agreed to replace it and quickly sent out a new one. The replacement charger works as it should and charges the included 2.0 ah batteries swiftly. The mower works great and the battery power supply last as advertised. It's Just too bad it wasn't good from the start. The battery and Charging system is the heart and soul of all the tools - so it has got to be right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

80v battery

Bought a 80v battery as a spare, came to me with no lights that would light. battery was dead. Put it on a charger and get a solid red light only no fan, have left it on charger for 2 days still only have a red light any way to get this battery to charge?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Charger will not charge the battery

I bought this two months ago and charged the battery and now the charger does not work it will not even turn a light on when I put the battery in. curious if it has a reset button. I cannot find one.
