Great investment

We've had this for a couple of years now. We live up against a nature preserve and have a couple of trees closer to the house. This has been extremely helpful at grooming the trees in healthy directions. Easy to operate, makes quick work of trimming branches. Rarely have to recharge before the job is done.

I just received my new pole saw and not have had a chance to use it. A instructional manual was not included in the item I received. I have requested the manual to be sent to me. I do have a 60V Cordless String Trimmer and it works beautifully. That is why I purchased the Pole Saw. I am sure that I will give a 4 or 5 star rating once I am able to use the Pole Saw.

I bought this after using a friends, I like the improvements that were made in the handle and controls but why did you do away with the hook on the saw end? The hook came in handy if the branch got hung up in the tree and also worked well to hang the saw in the shop.

I bought this for my 1a lot that has a few trees and large bushes.
It works very well. No battery issues, made well, easy to assemble and maintain.
The battery in the end opposite the chain helps the balance so it's not difficult to cut overhead. I'm 71 and have found it easy to use.

No need for a ladder

I’ve only used this a few times but it saves you from going up and down the ladder to trim higher bushes and hedges. It can feel a little heavy at times depending on reach and angle
