[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all-in-one tools... my Leatherman multi-tool, my multi-head screwdriver, Denon multi-channel receiver, et cetera. My Yoga starts the morning as my newspaper tablet (I was an adamant tactile reader), converting to my personal business laptop (i.e. ensuring I use my work laptop only for work) but also my work laptop (with most of the functionality needed to avoid opening my employer issued machine), and even my loose note taking conceptual machine as I try to better leverage the white board and pen features.
The only drawbacks I can see so far are: it could be lighter as a tablet, but I’m a big guy and wouldn’t want to sacrifice the sturdiness; the screen brightness wouldn’t stand up to the sunshine, but as I rarely use it outside this doesn’t hamper me.
