Great Pizza but Oven Needs Improvements

I received this as a birthday present recently in October 2023. I love how the pizzas taste however the cleanup and stone are a pain! I tested this by having a pizza party and there were a total of 8 pizzas made. The first issue is how long it takes to preheat, usually about half an hour. Since you can only make one pizza at a time and you have to wait after each to reach the ‘At Temp’, there’s a lot of waiting for the next pizza. After the first party my stone looked awful and was impossible to completely clean. The oven does smoke quite a bit if several pizzas are being made so you need to have it in a room that windows can be opened. I noticed my preset time wasn’t always correct after making my first pan pizza. The next time I used it I set to New York style and the timer indicated 18 minutes instead of 7. There’s a space between the door and oven that’s really hard to get to for cleaning.

I had it in 750 and it smoked my whole kitchen and when I removed my pizza the oven caught on fire. I googled and I didn’t read this happening to other owners. Maybe it was defective one but I would not recommend it.
