We bought the oven a couple of days ago and tried it for the first time tonight. The stone has very bad quality and it has become all black in the first use. We have made so many pizzas over regular stones and in our regular oven and never had any problems and eveytime we had perfect crust. But now the stone for this oven is useless after onmy a one time use and there is no replacement if the 12” stone.

A pizza stone doesn't become unusable because it becomes stained. Actually, you'll find that most professional pizzerias don't actually wash their stones, but rather heat them to remove residue. In general, you never have to wash a pizza stone. You just scrape off any residue or char. Anything that's left on the surface will turn to harmless ash the next time it's preheated. But, if you choose to, you can wipe the surface with a soft, damp sponge once the stone is completely cool. Then, you'll want to allow it to completely and thoroughly before using it again. If it's not thoroughly dry, any water remaining in the pours of the stone can cause it to crack upon heating.

Great oven, very functional... stone cracks after a few bakes

I love the oven, but the stone is clearly not well designed. I think with high temp it expands and cracks, making the oven unreliable. I am already on my second stone and it cracked again. This seems to me a design issue.
