not hard to clean

love it and read many user have problem cleaning it but after my first use i found a trick to clean it i use a small cosmetic brush very soft and voila ,remove the stone gently and brush use the brush to clean everything under the coils perfect

Could not be happier. We had been doing Friday night sour dough pizza for months when I came across this oven. Yes, it’s super pricey! But! Holy cow is it worth it! Cooks in 3 minutes. Crisps the bottom and the top. Get great oven spring. Easy to clean because we burn it off t 750 for 15 minutes or so. The next morning we spend 69 seconds cleaning the stone. You do need to spritz and scrub the inside glass and edges, buts surprisingly easy. .it’s light enough and small enough that we can store it in the pantry closet during the week. Takes about 20 minutes or so to come up to temp. I love it so much I bought one for my Mom. Just buy it!

The Pizzaiolo is an amazing product. The amount of heat that is created in this little over astounds me. The pizza we make is fluffy, perfect bubbles and burn, and in minimal time. Only complaint is it gets dirty and isn't as beautiful as it was on day one but hey, it is a pizza oven!

I am a former restaurant chef/owner and very picky about appliances. Finding ourselves in temporary living quarters during COVID-19 resulted in us absolutely needing a solution for pizza/flatbreads/foccacia. The ability to make these was impossible in the oven supplied to us. We are only now beginning to see how many ways we can use this little beast of a pizza oven. This incredibly well made oven is utterly amazing and lives up to and exceeds our expectations for a countertop pizza oven. The pan supplied for deep dish pizza is commercial grade or nearly. It is not the flimsy thing one might expect to come with a toaster oven. The pan allows for roasting vegetables and the creation of other great dishes that we did not intend to cook in this oven. As to the pizzas, they are perfect no matter which type is chosen. The price reflects the superior quality of this oven. Buy it.

Best purchase I made in 2020! The recipe to make pizza dough that comes with the machine is easy and tastes great. The pizzaiolo is easy to use, and turns out crispy brick oven style pizzas. Me and my family do pizza making nights and we are able to turn out fantastic fresh pizza in as short as 2 minutes.
I have only used the machine so far on one setting and have only made home made pizzas . I thoroughly enjoy this machine and the pizza it makes.
I would highly recommend this pizza oven.
The only downside, my pizza stone cracked after the first use . Not sure how that will effect cooking in the long run.

Have had the pizzaiolo for 6 months now, absolutely love it. Only complaint I have is the completely cooled stone broke in half as I was removing it to clean underneath it. I have discovered a creamy liquid multi purpose cook top cleaner (from specialty cookware shop) that makes cleaning the inside very quick and easy. The stainless and glass looks like new again. (Don't use it on the stone).

Great pizza oven. We usually do thin crust pizzas and they come out perfect using the thin crust setting. We have not experimented with pan pizzas or any of the such but can safely assume that the products would turn out second to none.
