Takes Your Pizza to the Next Level

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! We have pizza night every Friday night and this past Friday we used the Smart Oven Pizzaiolo. What a difference! Our pizza tasted so good. The ability this oven has to take your pizza and make it taste like it was made in a brick oven is mind-blowing. Everyone loved the pizza. It's delicious. The oven cooks evenly and well. The ability it has to reach higher temperatures than a traditional oven really makes an impact.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size for our kitchen counter. I like how we can make small pizzas in such a short time and process is pretty simple and easy. The detachable pan is a big plus. We don’t like the metal peel that it came with as it’s a little hard for launching pizzas, so we got ourself a wood peel. Not sure if it’s manufacturer’s problem or it’s just the way it’s designed, the door won’t stay opened (pops right back) unless we hold it. The size of pizza is smaller than we thought. Other than that, pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this pizza oven it. It’s absolutely amazingly. I have done several pizzas and they have all turned out perfect. I love the different settings that are available. I also love the way the oven looks it’s beautiful.
I research pizza ovens for at least 2 weeks, indoor vs outdoor, gas vs wood vs electric and I pull the trigger on the Breville Pizzaiolo, boy am I a happy pizza maker!
Prior to making our first pizza after receiving our Smart Oven Pizzaiolo, I watched and read on making pizza dough. Just like my Breville Dual Broiler Espresso machine sent me down the rabbit hole learning about coffee beans, I’m back with the rabbit learning about pizza dough!
Our first pizza was a learning experience I enjoyed and will never forget. Number one tip for newbie’s such as myself, place a robust amount of Semolina flour on the pizza peel! Since that first pizza, we have made at least 15 pizzas and the grandkids absolutely love coming over to our house to make pizzas pies! The grandkids actually make extra pizzas to take home!
My favorite cooking preset is the Wood Fire, following the Neapolitan pizza style. Our pizzas are getting better with each one and loads of fun! Which for me is one of the most fun aspects of our adventure!
The price was a second take look but after that first pizza, well worth the investment. The other motivating factor was the company and my experiences with Breville. A very outstanding company as far as customer service, product quality and styling is first rate, you cannot go wrong!
In closing, if you enjoy pizzas, love family time and want the best electric pizza oven you’ve found it, Pizzaiolo is your choice! The weather is cold outside here, I’m indoors making wonderful pies!
This pizza oven is tops. It cooks in 2min with perfect spotted crust. We wanted an oven we could use indoors for the winter. Every pizza we have made has been better than restaurant or take out.
I am using this almost nightly. I sold my Wood-Fired oven, as part of scaling down in anticipation of move East. My replacement was a Roccbox. It sits idle now because the Pizzaiola Oven is so very convenient to use.
Pros: The build quality is exceptional. External surfaces stay cool/warm even when oven is set to very high temperature. Cons: The maximum size of 11" is unfortunate since many refrigerated and frozen pizzas are 12-14". No instructions for grocer-made fresh refrigerated pizzas--only a setting for frozen pizzas. No instructions for homemade pizzas using Boboli or other pre-cooked dough as a base.
