Having issue with it printing and detecting legal

I am having issues with this printing and detecting letter to legal. I purchased the extra tray for legal and it dies not want to detect automatically. Also having issues with legal jamming constantly and spent 45 minutes trying to get the jammed paper out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great replacement for my 15 year old HP printer..!

So far, so good! I bought this printer as a replacement for my LaserJet 2300dn that I bought back in 2006. The 2300 served me extremely well and I hope to get the same performance and longevity from the M404dw.
My whole family appreciates the duplex printing and the fast first page printing. Plus the print quality is incredible.
I'm keeping the 2300 and I might invest in the overhaul kit at some point, but I'm glad that I purchases the M404.

As a college student, I needed something that was easy and not time-consuming to set up. This printer is perfect. If you need a printer that functions with a wire, THIS PRINTER IS FOR YOU. Unfortunately, my university's WIFI does not allow wireless printers to connect. I'm sure that if you wanted it to function as wireless it would, but if you're like me, looking for a printer that works with a Mac and with a wire, this is perfect. Be warned, however, it does not come with a wire and you will have to purchase your own. Overall I am extremely impressed with this product.

Product isn't good at all. I have to print "heavy" to get it print viewable good text and that makes printer slower. The xtra sheet tray add-on....not even sure it works. Not happy at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you so much for the printer. I had one just like this that I was using and I love it. It printer pictures and everything out great and I am putting this one back for a back up when My other goes down. Thank u once again.
